The inaugural 2019 Northern Ireland eCommerce Awards are a celebration of excellence and achievement across the entire eCommerce industry.

The eCommerce Awards are brought to you by the Team behind eComm Live which ran in Belfast in May 2019 with support from DHL, IRP Commerce, Klarna, Airpos, Groundswell and many more international and local brands involved in eCommerce.

The awards are judged by a panel of industry leaders and experts. Judging is a two stage process including shortlisting and a formal judging panel where entries are evaluated in detail to decide the winners in each category.

We were entered for the award of ECOMMERCE RETAILER OF THE YEAR (small). This award recognises success of an eCommerce business generating up to £1m in sales.

The criteria the judges used:
- You must be an eCommerce retail business based in Northern Ireland selling products or services online with a turnover of less than £1m in the 12 months previous to September 2019.
- The judges are looking for excellence in growing sales and innovation in the sector; evidence of online selling across a range of channels - website, marketplaces etc; and customer testimonials.

The Winner was announced at a prestigious black tie gala dinner, held in the iconic Titanic Hotel, Belfast on Thursday 24th October 2019.
