Where possible, we will reply to your e-mail within 24 hours of receiving it. If we are unable to reply within 24 hours we will let you know when you can expect a full response. If the person you need is out of the office you will receive an e-mail response advising you when they will be available and who to contact in the meantime if your enquiry is urgent.

We aim to answer your call promptly, but at busy times you may be directed to an answer phone.
