We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition (with their box) within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure shoes are only tried on indoors on carpeted surfaces. Please do not write on, tape or glue anything to the shoe box itself.
You should follow the procedure below.
Take your items to be returned as well as your sales receipt and returns form (We will not be able to process your return without this document) to a McConnell Shoes store. If the item(s) is in its original condition and packaging, we will process the return for you. The money will be returned to the account you used to pay for the goods on the website. Please allow up to 14 days for this to appear in your account.

Return by post
Returning from within the UK:
You can return or exchange any items to us, within 14 days of delivery, free of charge (UK only).
What to do:-
1. Complete the returns form and enclose it, together with your returned items, inside your parcel. Goods cannot be returned without this information.
2. Visit http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5044 to create your prepaid returns label.
3. Print off the pre-paid Royal Mail label and attach it to the outside of your parcel. Alternatively show the QR code at the Post Office counter & they will print the label for you.
4. Drop off your item at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point and keep your proof of posting receipt. You can find your nearest drop off point using https://www.royalmail.com/branch-finder/
When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund/exchange. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 working days, this may extend to 2-3 weeks during busy sale periods.
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase by post or courier after the 14 day period, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund in full. We will instead return your purchase to you and prior to sending it out, we will charge you the delivery fee that is applicable to the product purchased and the location to which your returns will be delivered.
Returning from outside the UK:
If you are returning an order from outside the UK it will be up to you to cover the return postage costs. Please send the order to the address below. Remember to ask for proof of postage as you will be liable for the safe return of your goods.
