If you are not completely satisfied, you may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the full product value.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please ensure shoes are only tried on indoors on carpeted surfaces. All items must be returned with their original box in a re-saleable condition; item packaging needs to be sent back intact and protected. If you are returning an item, do not attach labels to the product box or bag itself. Instead, please place the box or bag inside a postage bag or another box to ensure it is undamaged and can be re-used.

Return from within the UK

Follow the steps below:

1.
Complete the returns slip, which can be found at the bottom of your invoice and enclose it together with your returned items. Goods cannot be returned without this information.

2. A pre-printed return label is included in your parcel. Stick this label to the outside of the package and bring it to your nearest Post Office.

Please Note- Use of the pre-printed returns label is a chargeable service and costs £3.80. This will be deducted from your refund upon completion of your return. If you would prefer to use an alternative method of return, please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred.
Please retain tracking information for your records, as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
When we receive the item, we check that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.

Return In-store

Follow the steps below:

1. Take your items to be returned, along with your sales receipt and returns slip (We will not be able to process your return without this document), to a McConnell Shoes store.

2. Please return your order to any of the listed addresses below:

This service will be available at the following times: 10 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

The money will be returned to the payment method you used to pay for the goods on the website. Please allow up to 14 days for this to appear in your account.

Returning from the Republic of Ireland

We have partnered with DPD to offer return shipping at a reduced rate of €5.45.

Follow the steps below:

1. Complete the returns slip, which can be found at the bottom of your invoice, and enclose it together with your returned items. Goods cannot be returned without this information.

2. Visit DPD returns page: www.dpd.ie/Returns#/ and click the 'Continue as guest' option.

3. Select 'McConnell Shoes' from the list of retailers, enter your ORDER ID in the 'Reference Number' section, and select your reason for return.

4. Select the 'Large' option.

5. Choose your payment options and print your label.

6. Drop off at a Pickup Point nearby- (Almost 600 Pickup points throughout the country).

McConnell Shoes cannot be held liable for lost parcels by DPD. If your returning parcel is lost, please contact DPD/help.

International Returns
